At Ouse Valley Tools And Fixings, We aim to dispatch all in - stock orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday on the same working day. 

Delivery 

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Standard delivery times are 1-3 working days within the UK.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delay. 

Shipping Charges 

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. 

Order Tracking 

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
